Short-eared Owl's.

After hearing a report of S E O's at a sight on the Lancashire Mosslands just south of the Ribble,I paid a few visits and was rewarded with some lovely but distant views of these wonderful owl's.I have posted a few of my better images below for your enjoyment.

Wish I had these in my portfolio... nive Martin. Seen your Bird Guide images too and really demonstrating how far things have moved on without realisng it... where was the Snipe?

Hi Martin, really nice photos of the Owls, the last 2 are very very sharp,
I am off to Borneo for a couple of weeks on Thursday so hope to have some different wildlife photos for the blog ,
