Local Images.

A bit of a mis match of images on this post I'm afraid. The squirrel.[not one of my favorite mammals] was taken in Avenham Park the light was just perfect. The coot and shoveler were taken at Newton Marsh while the rest of the images were captured at a local feeding station.

Beautiful photos , I kinda like squirrel's, although I haven't seen any here in Oz yet, and as you say the lighting was spot on, my favourites of these are the fourth and last one, sorry I don't know the names !

Wow... some cracking photos Martin, you must be pleased with these. Dunno where to begin, Coot and Shovelelr are fab, as is the Jay, Magpie and Pied but I guess the prize has to go to the female Sparrowhawk. Crackin photos well done.

Excellent Coot capture Martin - I love the movement through the water. All excellent shots and I love the Jay and Sparrowhawk. Some feeding station is that!

Cracking photos Martin, the Shoveler is a beaut, & I'm particularly envious of the Jay, a bird I've never managed to get close to.
