RAPTOR ROUNDUP.
Im getting a bit frustrated with the weather and the bird life being quite.So while i'ts pouring down with rain I've looked back at some images I took over the winter and spring months of raptors. 1Merlin at Newton Marsh.2 Kestrel at Newton Marsh 3Sparrowhawk at my feeding station after an unsuccessful attack at my feeders 4Buzzard over my feeding station,a pleasant surprise. 5 Buzzard at Newton Marsh. Now that makes me feel a bit better.

THE PEACOCK BUTTERFLY.
As the weather improved a bit on Monday afternoon I decided to catch up with a bit of gardening,a couple of Peacock Butterflies decided to join me and I managed to capture a few images which are shown below.

TERNS AGAIN.

The weather is miserable,so I'am trying to catch up on my blog.In early july the young Commom Terns gave me plenty of opportunities for catching some action and I have posted a few of my attempts below.

PEREGRINE ACTION.
A few images of the male and female Peregrine Falcon's in Preston.I can't believe how much bigger the female looks towards the male,she's certainly a bully.Any comments on the size difference.
