Blurred Background Barn Owls.

Carrying on the sequence of Barn Owl images a few more of my better images are shown below in early morning light with a blurred background. I hope to carry on the sequence soon showing the Barn Owl in hunting mode and carring prey.I hope you enjoy looking at these images as much as I did watching and photographing these wonderful birds.

Stunning close-ups Martin and the blurred backgrounds are efficacious! They really make the owl stand out. Top Notch.

I've been experimenting with Aperture Priority (AV) early this morning. What mode are you using?

Hi Christian. Thank you for your comments,a lot of hours went into these shots.I always shoot A.V and change the ISO to get a fast enough shutter speed I hope this is of help to you.

Thanks Martin, I'll have a go at that. It was how to get the shutter speed that I wanted in AV that I couldn't work out.

Cheers mate.
